In tough times like these, many
of us stare with shock and anger every time a new story appears in the
media describing the wasteful fashion that our elected officials in
Washington, DC are spending the money that we provide as taxpayers.
They seem to feel that they have an unlimited supply and little concern
for those who elected them that will be footing the bill. Most of us
are average people. We work hard at our jobs (and are thankful to have
them), take care of our families and love our country. We worry about
being able to make our bills each month. When we can't afford to buy
something, we do not buy it.
Our senators and
representatives in Congress need to be reminded of simple things like
responsible budgeting especially as the tax deadline of April 15th
approaches. So if their free spending ways upset you, please send your
Congressmen a simple message. Tell them to "stop foolishly spending
taxpayer money."

anyone you think would be interested. A single person taking action
makes a statement. A group of people taking an action makes a
movement. We CAN make a difference.
