Vicki: Well, someone's cranky.
Henry (grabbing her arm): I came as soon as you called me. If I had know this was a simple recovery case, I would have...stopped for a bite first.
Vicki: He's got defense wounds on his hands...Is that your lucky tie?
Mike: No, it's just a tie.
Vicki: It's just your lucky tie. Who are you hoping to get lucky with?
Mike: It's not just lucky like that. This is the same tie that you gave me after we solved the Aries murders. All right. For me, it is just work related. *sighs* Ok, we got the call, Kate and I were out celebrating the Nichols cold case.
Vicki: Yeah, I heard about that. Congratulations.
Mike: Who would have thought it was the old man, huh?
Vicki: Clearly not me.
Mike: *laugh* We worked that for what, six months solid? Kate opens it up last week. Says she has a hunch about the scratches on the old man's wheel well.
Vicki: That's quite a hunch.
Mike: Hey, I'm sure we would have solved it if we'd had enough time.
Vicki: Yeah, yeah.
Mike: So who's this client?
Vicki: Guy named Jacob Keller. He's been with me for the last hour and a half so don't get your hopes up.
Mike: Just covering all the bases.
Vicki: Yeah, every one. So you went out celebrating wearing your lucky tie with her?
Mike: Entirely professional. *calling over his shoulder* It's just a tie, Vicki.
Henry: Other than our strange sexless relationship we seem to share, I don't have much experience in the world of dating.
Henry: I don't need to make a sexual advance, I am one.
Vicki: You're hungry, aren't you?
Henry: I could eat.
Vicki: You haven't eaten all day.
Henry: How'd you know?
Vicki: She did it again.
Henry: What do you mean again?
Vicki: I told you, I've been here before.
Henry: Well that should make the rest of this case exceedingly simple. Where do we go from here?
Vicki: I don't know. We had just started looking for the thing and then something happened.
Vicki: Like we kinda died.
Mike: Vick.
Vicki: You know, I don't care what you say, lucky tie means a date.
Mike: Where'd the hell that come from?
Vicki: I know two cops out for a beer after work. Isn't that how we started?
Mike: Uh...well, that and a 10-37.
Vicki: Yeah, we'll always have aggravated assault.
Mike: Ok, did I miss something? I feel I walked into the middle of a fight we haven't even had yet. What the hell are you doing here anyway?
Vicki: Want to hear a theory? The assailant came in dressed as a janitor looking for something we now know he didn't find. In the course of looking, he got in to an altercation with Benoit Fournier and stabbed him. Questions?
Mike: One. Who's Benoit Fournier?
Henry: You'd die for him, wouldn't you?
Henry: Oh, I'll be happy when this is sealed up in the wall of my apartment.
Vicki: It's been a long day.
Henry: I know...and I haven't....
Vicki: Fed yet. I know. I wanted to thank you for everything you did today. Everything you did in the last few hours...days...day.
Henry: To tell you the truth, I don't have experience of anything but this last time.
Vicki: You ended the world for me...because you believed I could bring it back. You trusted me.
Henry: Trust can be extremely stimulating.
Vicki: Yeah, at that.
Henry: Do you mind?
