An agent from the Dallas office alerts New York about an investment brokerage scam. Neal is sent undercover to wheel and deal the men behind the money. While this is going on, he suspects Peter is the one who has Kate which causes an undercover clash.
Peter: Oh, give me a break. You could sell light switches to the Amish.
Neal: Cigar tube. Nice. FBI's been watching Thunderball.
Neal: 5 minutes of air?
Jones: Yep.
Neal: What's your response time?
Jones: Roughly 5 minutes.
Neal: Just so we're clear. If anything goes wrong, I suffocate.
Mozzie: It did make you appear superhuman.
Neal: Image is everything.
