Sam reawakens with his soul and a missing year and a half. He and Dean tackle a case of dragons while Dean tries to hide what Sam had been.
Bobby: Like my daddy always said, just because it kills your liver, don't mean it isn't medicine.
Dean: What? Why the poop face?
Sam: Did you steal that from her room?
Dean: I love that you even ask me that.
Sam: What? So you think Batman tried to rape her?
Dean: He does carry a lot of rage but he rejected her because she was already de-hymenated.
Sam: You know it's comforting.
Dean: What's that?
Sam: I died for a year, came back and you're still not funny.
Dr. Visiak: Bobby Singer. Tell him something for me next time you see him. Actually, just kick him in the jewels. That's more poetic.
Sam: Look, I would hug you but
Castiel: It would be awkward.
Dragon: Where'd you get that?
Dean: Comic-Con.
