Season 4, Episode 11
When a homeless man who was part of a university psychology experiment dies, Hardison goes undercover as a pledge for the fraternity/secret society while Eliot takes part in the experiment.
Nate: You want to skip the "behold my genius" part and just tell us what you found?
Sophie: That actually worked?
Hardison: No, but the fact that she thought it would work? That worked.
Eliot: If this country was known for keeping its promises, we wouldn't need Marines, would we?
Eliot: What do you want to know? Names? Dates? Locations? You want to know what food was on their breath? Their eyes? What color their eyes were? Do you want to know the last words they spoke? Do you want to know which ones deserved it? Or better yet, the ones that didn't? Do you want to know which ones begged? Do you know why I remember these things?
Interrogator: I don't know.
Eliot: You don't know? 'Cause I can't forget. So there's nothing you can do, no punishment you can handout, that's worse than what I live with every day. So to answer your question, no. No, I haven't counted. I don't need to.
Dustman: You're no Dustman. You're a geek!
Parker: Should I tell him it's the age of the geek?
Hardison: He'll figure it out. Eventually.
Comments:
1) That last quote listed was pure Revenge of the Nerds. It's a classic.
2) Look at the screen capture of Eliot in the cell. Notice what's on the wall behind him? "Let Me Go" is the title of Christian Kane's latest single. You can watch it on CMT.com here. It's also available on iTunes as both a song and video.
3) Every time there are large segments of Eliot, I'm reminded what a great (and underestimated) actor Christian Kane is.
