Nora and Josh deal with the fact that she's been turned while he tries to hide the fact she killed Hegeman to protect him. Things come to a head though at the mixer for Josh's medical school. Aidan must decide what he's willing to do to be the new second of Boston and Sally learns a new trick from a bad crowd.
