Nate: That's actually terrifyingly, exactly right.
Parker: How are we going to keep that guy from fighting?
Nate: That's what we have Eliot for.
Eliot: You're right. I got no family, not like you mean, but I had brothers. I had a lot of them. I didn't know all the names of them, but I knew their faces and I knew their rank, and I did things I didn't want to because they counted on me. Bad things for good reasons. And you know what I learned? Bad choices are bad choices, doesn't matter why you made them. And they tear you apart from the inside out, and you don't even notice.
Sophie: You having a staring contest with a turtle?
Nate: No, I just won a starting contest with a turtle.
Sophie: Is it weird that I find that oddly attractive?
Pete: Who are you guys?
Eliot: Enforcers are put on the ice to make sure things don't go too far. If they do, they step in. Regulate.
Nate: Every player on this ice is an enforcer.

-So are Parker and Hardison actually sleeping together now? Obviously they're living together (unless all the team is living there). That seems like a massive step for Parker to take.
